This past August, Fab’s celebrated our 25th anniversary. With the same Chef in the kitchen and Joe Fabrocini at the front door, Fabs is proud to be family owned and operated for the last quarter century. When the restaurant reopened in the midst of the recession November 2008, the family knew that the going would be getting tough. With the Jersey tenacity on their side, the Fabrocini’s have hung through the hard times and thanks to their loyal Sherman Oaks clientele, have lived to tell the tale.
